What is the city doing right, and wrong, on gun violence?
The city isn’t making gun violence a priority. I will.
If elected, what would your two or three priorities be during your first year in office?
Ending the gun violence in our communities. I would open the community centers to our youth, and our undeserved communities would have priority in the ones in which they live. I will proactively address our homeless population.
What unique skills or life perspective would you bring to city governance?
I have spent my last eight years as a advocate of two thriving nonprofit organizations: one as president and the other as founder and president. I have the ability to bring people together and get things accomplished.
