This new Raleigh-area development will have a Chipotle and 2 other businesses

Three businesses, including a Chipotle, could be coming to a new development southeast of downtown Raleigh.

In addition to the fast-casual restaurant, the work includes construction of a Splash In car wash and Dash In convenience store and gas station, according to site plans submitted to the City of Raleigh.

These businesses will be located along Jones Sausage Road at Integrity Drive, on about 3.5 acres of land, the documents show. The address listed for the project is 3511 Integrity Drive.

The car wash and 5,600-square-foot convenience store are expected to open in summer 2026, a public relations representative for the Splash In and Dash In told The News & Observer in an email.

Chipotle did not immediately respond to The N&O’s request for more information.

Existing Bojangles, Cook Out, Burger King, Smithfield’s Chicken ‘N Bar-B-Q and Subway locations are near the property.

Triangle Business Journal first reported on the development.

According to site plans submitted to the City of Raleigh, the Chipotle will be a 2,325-square-foot restaurant with a Chipotlane — the drive-thru that enables customers to pick up digital orders without leaving their car.

There are many other Chipotle restaurants across the Triangle, with the nearest existing location at 68 Eagle Wing Way.

The new convenience center, Dash In, is more than double the size of Chipotle and much larger than the typical convenience store. At 5,600 square feet, it’s slightly smaller than the Wawa planned for Selma in Johnston County but just a fraction of the size of most Buc-ee’s locations.

According to Dash In’s website, the store offers “an extensive curated line of packaged products,” with food prepared on site.

Made-to-order options include quesadillas, sandwiches, chicken tenders and wings, burgers, pizza, breakfast foods, salads and wraps. For drinks, Dash In offers refreshments such as coffee, shakes and smoothies.

Between the Chipotle and Dash In will be the 4,025-square-foot Splash In. With its express tunnel car wash, customers can choose from three wash options that clean a car in minutes. Drivers can also purchase a membership to get discounted rates.

Splash In and Dash In do not have any locations in North Carolina, their websites show. The car wash and convenience store chains, which are both operated by Wills Group, are spread across Delaware, Maryland and Virginia.
