Three new businesses offering fitness classes and food and drink options are coming to downtown Raleigh.

Club Pilates, TOUS les JOURS and Boatman Spirits Co. are the latest tenants to join Seaboard Station, a mixed-use development with retail, multifamily living and other concepts, a press release from developer Hoffman & Associates announced.

Along with the new retailers, Seaboard Station will soon offer two residential options, The Miles and The Point, along with a Hyatt House Hotel, The News & Observer previously reported.

Here’s what to expect and when the three new businesses will open.

The fitness studio specializing in reformer-based Pilates workouts was established in San Diego in 2007 and has since spread across the country.

The Seaboard Station studio, expected to open in late 2024, will be its 12th planned for the area, joining existing and coming-soon locations in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Holly Springs, Apex, Durham and Chapel Hill.

Located at 11 W. Franklin St., the 2,150-square-foot Seaboard Station Club Pilates will be offer daily classes for a variety of skill levels, taught by certified instructors.

TOUS les JOURS coming to Raleigh in 2025

A French-Asian bakery cafe with locations across the world is expanding in the Triangle, according to the press release.

TOUS les JOURS — which offers pastries, cakes, desserts and breads, along with coffee, tea and blended beverages — plans to open at Seaboard Station in spring 2025.

The 2,823-square-foot shop will be the second for the Raleigh area, with another bakery in Cary (inside H Mart).

TOUS les JOURS, which means “every day” in French, entered the United States in 2004, the bakery’s website says.
