Noodles & Company debuts ‘fully reimagined’ menu. Here’s what’s on it
Noodles & Company is revamping its menu with new offerings and refreshed favorites.
The restaurant, known for its noodle and pasta dishes, unveiled a slate of new and improved options in a sweeping transformation to two-thirds of its menu, according to the Colorado-based eatery.
The “fully reimagined” offerings rolled out Wednesday, March 12, and include a dedicated mac & cheese menu, the restaurant said. Customers can also enjoy reinvented versions of fan-favorite dishes.
“This is the biggest investment Noodles & Company has ever made in its menu,” CEO Drew Madsen said in a news release.
“We’re adding more sauce, vegetables, and premium ingredients to elevate flavor, pushing ourselves to exceed expectations as consumer tastes evolve while simultaneously extending our reach and attracting new customers.”
The revamp follows months of “relentless testing and innovation,” according to Noodles & Company.
In 2024, it gave customers a “first taste” of three new offerings: lemon garlic shrimp scampi, crispy chicken bacon Alfredo and chipotle chicken cavatappi.
What’s on the new Noodles & Company menu?
Customers can choose from six new options:
- Buffalo chicken ranch mac & cheese
- Garlic bacon crunch mac & cheese
- Pulled pork BBQ mac & cheese
- Cajun shrimp fettuccine
- Green goddess Cobb salad
- Lemon Parmesan broccoli
“When it came to bacon, we tested five different varieties until we found the perfect smokiness,” the restaurant’s website says. “Our roasted cherry tomatoes? Slow-roasted was the way to go. Our Parmesan? Aged for 36 months for the ultimate taste.”
Pricing information wasn’t immediately available.
Some Noodles & Company menu favorites were also refreshed with more sauce, vegetables and “elevated finishes,” the restaurant said. They include:
- Creamy cheddar mac & cheese
- Rigatoni rosa
- Basil pesto cavatappi
- Chicken Caesar salad
“At our core, we believe nothing is more satisfying than a perfectly crafted bowl of noodles, and I’m confident this is our most exciting and delicious menu yet,” Madsen said.
