Two Burger King fan-favorites will head back to menus soon — but not for long.

The BK Melts and BK Churro Fries return Thursday, Dec. 19, for a limited time at participating Burger King restaurants nationwide, according to the Miami-based burger chain.

Launched in 2022, the patty melt sandwiches come in three varieties at $4.99 apiece:

  • Classic Melt: Two Whopper Jr. patties topped with American cheese, caramelized onions and Stacker sauce on two slices of toasted bread.
  • Bacon Melt: Two Whopper Jr. patties topped with American cheese, bacon, caramelized onions and Stacker sauce on two slices of toasted bread.
  • Shroom n’ Swiss Melt: Two Whopper Jr. patties topped with Swiss cheese, roasted mushrooms and Royal sauce on two slices of toasted bread.

The toasted sandwiches have been offered on and off since their debut and appeared on menus earlier this year with the classic, bacon and new Philly melt, according to Eat This, Not That.

If there’s room for dessert, customers can try the cinnamon-sugar-dusted churro fries, Burger King said. The all-day snack is “back by popular demand” and comes in 4-, 8- and 12-piece orders, according to the fast-food chain.

All four offerings will be available for a limited time, though Burger King didn’t say for how long.
