One of the Triangle’s most popular shopping centers just announced two new tenants.

Fenton, the mixed-use development in Cary, will have a new restaurant and fitness studio by this time next year.

“These sought-after wellness and dining brands reflect Fenton’s vision to create a vibrant, experience-driven destination,” Paul Zarian, managing director at Fenton developer Hines, said in a news release.

Here’s what to know about the two new tenants, including when they’ll open.

Sweet Paris joins Fenton

Offering coffee, sweet and savory crepes and a small selection of soups, salads and panini, Houston-based Sweet Paris is the latest restaurant to be announced for the popular Cary shopping center.

The all-day dining option is expected to open in spring 2026 and will be the brand’s first franchise location in North Carolina.

“With its articulated design and abundant public green space, Fenton feels like a warm, welcoming and timeless village,” Jim D’Aquila, CEO of franchise partner Virentes Hospitality, said in a news release. “The life and energy at Fenton are unlike anything else found in the Triangle.”

The restaurant will be at 1 Fenton Main St. Suite 190.

Founded in 2012, Sweet Paris operates 21 stores across Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Texas and Mexico. Franchise partner Virentes Hospitality plans to open 15 Sweet Paris locations in Florida, North Carolina and Tennessee, according to a press release from Sweet Paris.

Doughnut shop The Salty Donut has previously been announced for Fenton and is anticipated to open between late 2025 and early 2026. This will be the chain’s first Triangle location, joining existing and forthcoming North Carolina stores in the Charlotte area.

One of the newest restaurants at Fenton is Brewery Bhavana, offering dim sum and Belgian-inspired beers.

YogaSix announced for Fenton

A locally owned YogaSix franchise, offering hot yoga and other classes, will open below Sports & Social by winter 2025.

“My goal with YogaSix Cary is to create a space where everyone feels welcome and you can make new friendships and connect with people,” owner Ashley Byrd said in a press release.

This will be the Triangle’s fourth YogaSix location, joining studios in Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Holly Springs.

Fenton is already home to Pilates studio Club Pilates.
