An entertainment venue that offers activities including miniature golf and laser tag opens its new Raleigh location soon.
ParTee Shack’s North Raleigh location, its second in the city, opens Thursday, April 24, at 6231 Triangle Planation Drive, at the Capital Marketplace shopping center near Capital Boulevard and I-540. (The shopping center was formerly known as Plantation Pointe.)
Each location is unique. The Greensboro ParTee Shack, for example, has a go-kart track.
At the North Raleigh ParTee Shack, located near BJ’s Wholesale Club, visitors will find:
Two new mini golf courses with challenges including a skateboard maze, shuffleboard, zip line, cornhole, a photo booth and full-sized foosball table
Virtual reality laser tag built for up to six players
Six duckpin bowling lanes
Arcade
Bar and lounge

ParTee Shack plans new concept in Raleigh
The company is launching a new concept, Battle & Birdie, in Raleigh.
It will have two tactical laser tag arenas, one inside a spaceship and one on an alien-invaded farm, along with a more traditional miniature golf course, with neon lights and creative themes. The location will also have adult-only hours.
Battle & Birdie is expected to open this summer at 7407 Six Forks Road.
The Celebration at Six Forks shopping center, where Battle & Birdie will be located, also houses Starbucks, IHOP, Village Dental and The UPS Store.
The existing ParTee Shack in Raleigh is at 5300 Fayetteville Road. The company also has a Greensboro location that opened in 2023,and plans to open in Charleston, South Carolina, in early 2026.
Founded in 2021, ParTee Shack is looking for additional sites throughout the Southeast to open new locations of ParTee Shack and Battle & Birdie. Future locations could be in Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina, according to a press release from the company.

Pins Mechanical Co. is opening its first Triangle location at Seaboard Station. Visitors will be able to play duckpin bowling, pinball, arcade games and pingpong and sip alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
