Mini golf & arcade concept opening 2 more locations in Raleigh. Here’s where
A mini golf concept is expanding in the Triangle.
ParTee Shack is the latest tenant to join two North Raleigh shopping centers, real estate firm CBRE announced in a press release.
The entertainment venue, which was founded in 2021, already operates two North Carolina locations, in Greensboro and Raleigh (at 5300 Fayetteville Road).
“ParTee Shack is a best-in-class entertainment operator, and we couldn’t be more excited to help them continue to grow their presence in the Carolinas,” Jon Stanley, a senior vice president with CBRE, said in the press release.
ParTee Shack is leasing a 19,590-square-foot space at Celebration Six Forks and a 17,000-square-foot space at Capital Marketplace, according to CBRE. Both locations are expected to open in early 2025, ParTee Shack marketing director Dante Valor told The News & Observer in an email.
▪ Celebration Six Forks is located at the intersection of Six Forks Road and Sawmill Road. It’s home to IHOP, Village Dental, The UPS Store and Dollar General, among other retailers. Starbucks is expanding to the shopping center and is expected to open this summer, The News & Observer previously reported.
▪ Capital Marketplace, which contains a BJ’s Wholesale Club, Burlington Coat Factory, Big Lots and LA Fitness, is located at the intersection of Capital Boulevard and Old Wake Forest Road. ParTee Shack will open in the former Petco at the shopping center.
ParTee Shack is also looking to expand to South Carolina, according to CBRE.
Its “current and future entertainment offerings in North Carolina include miniature golf, go-karts, tactical laser tag, arcade and virtual reality games, food, adult beverages, and more.” Each of ParTee Shack’s facilities is planned to be “unique in its entertainment experience offerings.”
