If you’re planning to visit a mall in the Triangle, here’s what to know about when stores will open.
Crabtree Valley Mall hours
- Thanksgiving: Closed
- Black Friday: 7 a.m.-10 p.m.

- Thanksgiving: Closed (movie theater and ice rink open)
- Black Friday: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

- Bass Pro Shops: Open 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Thanksgiving, open 5 a.m.-9 p.m. Black Friday. See Black Friday sales, available Nov. 25-Dec. 1, at basspro.com.
- Belk: Closed Thanksgiving, open 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Black Friday. Sales are available in store and online Nov. 22-30.
- Best Buy: Closed Thanksgiving, open 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Black Friday. Sales began Nov. 21, with discounts on tech and appliances like a Dyson Digital Slim Cordless Vacuum for $230 and a Samsung 75-inch Class DU6950 Series Smart TV for $550.
- BJ’s Wholesale Club: Closed Thanksgiving, open 7 a.m.-9 p.m. Black Friday. Sales, valid Nov. 18-Dec. 2, are on toys, TVs, tech, home and kitchen, and furniture. Buy one, get one 50% off on select toys, $50 off Cuisinart 11-piece stainless steel set and $1,100 off LG 65-inch OLEDB4 4K UHD ThinQ AI Smart TV.
- Costco: Closed Thanksgiving, open 9 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Black Friday. Sales are valid Nov. 1-Dec. 2 and include Meta Quest 3S Virtual Reality Headset bundle for $400 and $150 off Dell Inspiron 15.6-inch 1080p Touchscreen laptop.
- Dick’s Sporting Goods: Closed Thanksgiving, open 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Black Friday. Sales span departments and include up to 30% off select Nike clothing, up to 40% off select Nike Blazer shoes, up to $300 off select golf clubs and $1,100 off Horizon Fitness 7.0AT Studio Series treadmill.
- HomeGoods: Closed Thanksgiving, open 7 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Black Friday.
- Lowe’s: Closed Thanksgiving, open 6 a.m.-9 p.m. Black Friday. Sales on tools, appliances and holiday decorations are available throughout November at lowes.com.
- Marshalls: Closed Thanksgiving, open 7 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Black Friday
- Old Navy: Closed Thanksgiving, most stores open 5 a.m.-10 p.m. Black Friday. Check Black Friday hours for the location near you at oldnavy.gap.com. The Black Friday sale begins Wednesday, Nov. 27, and includes discounts on pajamas, jeans, sweatshirts and sweatpants, coats, jackets and sweaters.
- Petco: Closed Thanksgiving, open 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Black Friday. From Nov. 27-30, in stores and online, Petco is offering discounts such as 50% off Reddy quilted puffers, 25% off Reddy dog beds and throws and 20% off items including Native Pet supplements and Sherpa carriers.
- PetSmart: Closed Thanksgiving, open 7 a.m.-9 p.m. Black Friday. From Nov. 25-Dec. 1, PetSmart is giving customers 50% off holiday items.
- Sam’s Club: Closed Thanksgiving, opens 8 a.m. for Plus members, 10 a.m. for other club members, closes at 8 p.m. Sales begin Nov. 27 for Plus members and Nov. 28 for other members.
- Target: Closed Thanksgiving, opens 6 a.m. Black Friday. Sales run Nov. 24-30. Save on items including KitchenAid mixers and devices including iPads, Apple Watches and Apple, Beats and Bose headphones.
- The Home Depot: Closed Thanksgiving, open 6 a.m.-9 p.m. Black Friday. Discounts end Wednesday, Dec. 4 and include up to 40% off select appliances, tools and accessories, and vanities.
- T.J. Maxx: Closed Thanksgiving, open 7 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Black Friday
- Walmart: Closed Thanksgiving, open 6 a.m.-11 p.m. Black Friday. Sales begin online Monday, Nov. 25 across departments, including Dyson V11 Extra cordless vacuum cleaner for $350, Cate & Chloe 18 karat white gold hoop earrings with Swarovski crystals for $16 and Carote 17-piece nonstick cookware sets for $65.
