Everbowl already has a store off Falls of Neuse in North Raleigh. It will officially open its new store Friday, Dec. 12 at Brier Creek in the Alexander Place shopping center.

The new Everbowl is the second from local franchise owners Kim and Rob Morris.

“The moment we discovered Everbowl, we knew it was the perfect fit,” Kim Morris said in a news release. “The Everbowl mission and lifestyle resonated deeply with us, and we felt inspired to step back from our over-processed, fast-paced routines and share better-for-you alternatives with others.”

There are several other dining establishments near the new Everbowl, located at 7840-125 Alexander Promenade Place, including Panera Bread, Subway and Moe’s Southwest Grill.

Everbowl is just one of the Triangle’s fast-casual options offering customizable bowls.

  • Toastique, which opened recently in the Midtown area of Raleigh, dishes out bowls, smoothies and gourmet toasts.
  • Seaboard Station’s Palm Berries serves superfood bowls.
  • Mahana Fresh, with locations in Cary and Fuquay-Varina, makes savory bowls with rice, meats and veggies.
In addition to a set menu of superfood bowls, plus a build-your-own option, Everbowl offers specialty toasts and smoothies.

Everbowl menu

The Brier Creek store will offer a set menu of oats, toasts, smoothies and bowls.

Customers can also make their own bowls with bases such as acai or pitaya, topped with their choice of add-ons such as fresh or dried fruits, nuts, seeds and granola, plus nut butter, Nutella, honey or agave drizzles.

A regular-sized build-your-own bowl starts at about $11.50, according to the online menu.

Smoothies, which start at $9.50, are also customizable. Everbowl blends a customer’s choice of base (or bases) with frozen fruits, superfoods, milk or juice, drizzles and optional add-ons such as protein powder.

The fast-casual spot also serves sweet and savory toasts, such as avocado toast; prices start at $6.50. As is the case for bowls and smoothies, Everbowl allows guests to customize toast, too, selecting avocado, peanut butter or Nutella spreads over a slice of rustic bread, then topped with fruits, seasonings, seeds and other items.

The company was founded in 2016 and has expanded to more than 100 locations across dozens of states. Its mission is to “fuel active lifestyles,” according to the news release.
