Durham outfielder Johnny Field went 3-for-4 at the plate, as the Bulls collected 10 hits in a 3-1 win over Buffalo.
Field and shortstop Willy Adames (3-for-5) led the attack, as Durham (63-39) jumped on the Bisons early, leading 2-0 after the first inning. Field hit a two-run double in the first to score Kean Wong and Adames.
In the top of the fifth, Adames scored Jake Hager (2-for-4) on a single for the Bulls final run of the night. Buffalo scored one in the eighth, but Durham held off any chance of a rally as Ryan Stanek (1.1IP, 1 hit, 1K) picked up the save. Chih-Wei Hu earned the win, going three innings, striking out two, while not giving up any hits.
