Carolina Hurricanes-Florida Panthers playoff rematch among six Canes preseason games
The Carolina Hurricanes will play six preseason exhibition games before the 2023-24 season, including two with the Florida Panthers, it was announced Friday.
The Canes, ousted by the Panthers in the Eastern Conference final of the 2023 Stanley Cup playoffs, will play Florida at PNC Arena on Sept. 27 and then at Florida on a date still to be determined.
The Canes also will have home-and-home games with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Nashville Predators.
The first preseason game, at home against Tampa Bay, is Tuesday, Sept. 26.

Tuesday, Sept. 26: vs. Tampa Bay, PNC Arena, 7 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 27: vs. Florida, PNC Arena, 7 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 29: at Tampa Bay, 7 p.m.
Thursday Oct. 5: at Nashville, 8 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 6: vs. Nashville, PNC Arena, 7 p.m.
