Northwood boys lacrosse shuts out Roxboro Community

The Northwood boys lacrosse team defeated the Roxboro Community Bulldogs 19-0 on Friday afternoon.

The Chargers jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first period and cruised throughout. They scored six goals in both the second and the fourth quarters.

Ten different Chargers scored. Jared Karsteadt and Dylon Hammer had three each.

Derrick Lubbert led the way for the Bulldogs with three shots and by thriving in a jack-of-all trades role.

Northwood improved to 7-5 and 3-3 in league play with the win, while Roxboro Community dropped to 1-6, and 1-5 in conference.
