Shades of blue have taken over downtown New Orleans. Duke and North Carolina meet tonight in the NCAA tournament semifinals. The rivalry showdown is scheduled to begin just before 9 p.m. ET on TBS, 40 minutes after the first Final Four game — between Kansas and Villanova — concludes.
