Why no Trump tweets?

I find it interesting that following the most recent terrorist attack in London there were no Trump tweets condemning the act or offering solace to the victims.

Is it because it was not an attack by an extremist Islamic against the general population but by an extremist conservative British citizen against a peaceful Muslim group exiting a mosque after a prayer service?

I guess in his mind there is selective terrorism that only enhances his message of fear and hate.
