I wonder how many hours Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach (named to head The Presidential Advisory Commission on Voter Suppression) spent facing his bathroom mirror before he could say, with a straight face, and the sincerity of the scorpion to the frog, "The commission does not begin with foregone conclusions. All members of the commission are approaching it with an open mind … The objective is to go where the facts lead us."
