"The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the area. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 9 p.m. for central North Carolina," says the NWS Raleigh NC.
The warning is in effect until 3:30 p.m.
