As the weather warms up and flowers start to bloom, you might want to make your way to North Carolina, which is home to one of the best places to visit this spring, a new report says.

The Biltmore Estate, which is about 125 miles northwest of Charlotte in Asheville, ranked as the second most popular spring destination in the world, according to a study by Premier Inn, a hotel chain in the United Kingdom.

The study analyzed TripAdvisor reviews mentioning the word ”spring” for more than 190 locations worldwide. The Biltmore had 1,651 mentions of spring, the study found.

Opened for family in 1895, the 250-room mansion is the nation’s largest home, according to its website. It is next to about 75 acres of gardens.

During the spring, guests can immerse themselves tulips in the home’s garden, known as “Biltmore Blooms,” the site says. As of March 23, visitors could see an array of tulips, daffodils, anemones, hyacinths, azaleas and more among the property’s gardens.

Guests can also hike, take farmyard visits and book wine tastings.

Topping the report’s list was New York City’s Central Park, which had 2,337 mentions of spring, the report said. Other locations that made the list included:

  • The High Line in New York City
  • Keukenhof in The Netherlands

  • Dallas Arboreteum and Botanical Gardens in Dallas

  • The Butchart Gardens in Canada

  • Kings Park and Botanic Garden in Australia

This isn’t the first time the Biltmore has topped a list of top destinations. In December, a TripAdvisor ranking named the landmark the nation’s most beautiful building.
