Ready to relive the ’90s? Alanis Morissette is bringing her tour to North Carolina
Alanis Morissette is marking the 25th anniversary of her hit album “Jagged Little Pill” with concerts in North Carolina.
The singer-songwriter is set to perform next year in Charlotte and Raleigh, according to her website.
Her 31-city tour, announced Monday, stops at the Queen City’s PNC Music Pavilion on June 21.
And the Raleigh audience gets a chance to see her on the stage of Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek on June 23, according to the schedule.
So how can you claim a seat?
The sign-up period for presale tickets ends Sunday. Those tickets are available starting at 11 a.m. on Dec. 10.
General sales start at 11 a.m. on Dec. 13.
The tour comes 25 years after Morissette released the Grammy Award-winning album “Jagged Little Pill.” Other 1990s acts scheduled to join the tour include the band Garbage and singer Liz Phair.
Morissette released the new song “Reasons I Drink” the day of the tour announcement. It will be on her forthcoming album “Such Pretty Forks in the Road,” which debuts May 1, according to her website.
Also this week, the musical “Jagged Little Pill” will be on Broadway, a schedule shows.
