Zaxbys teases ‘refreshed’ menu featuring returning fan favorites. When can you get them?
Zaxbys is bringing back some seasonal favorites — and they’re here to stay.
The Asian Zensation Zalad and veggie egg rolls are among limited-time offerings set to return as permanent items on Zaxby’s “refreshed core menu,” according to the Georgia-based chicken chain.
Both offerings made their way back to restaurants in early October.
Other favorites with a permanent spot on the menu as of Oct. 28 include:
- Zaxbys Blue Zalad
- Fried cheesecake bites with strawberry sauce
“Our Zax fans were thrilled with the return of the Asian Zensation Zalad and Veggie Egg Rolls as limited-time offers earlier this month,” Patrick Schwing, chief marketing and strategy officer for Zaxbys, said in the release.
“So, what better way to say thank you for being the most loyal customers around than to bring these fan-favorites, plus the beloved Blue Zalad, back to Zaxbys menus everywhere permanently.”
The chain also launched its redesigned Zax Packz, a family-style meal box that comes with customers’ choice of 20 chicken tenders or 30 boneless wings, according to a product description.
The meal also includes two large orders of crinkle fries, four slices of Texas toast and four sauce cups for dipping.
But, that’s not all.
Zaxby’s said it’s bringing back its classic milkshakes, this time in Atlanta and Greenville, South Carolina, according to a news release.
The hand-spun treats — available in chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and birthday cake — were previously tested in Macon and other cities in Middle Georgia, McClatchy News previously reported.
For $4.99, customers can get a 20-ounce shake topped with whipped cream and a Maraschino cherry.
It’s not clear if or when Zaxby’s will make the milkshakes available nationwide.
