3 masked, armed robbers invade Chapel Hill home Saturday morning

The Chapel Hill Police Department responded at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, to a home invasion in the 400 block of North Estes Drive.

No one was injured during the incident.

One resident was home and told police that three masked individuals wearing gloves entered the home and took items from the home. One suspect brandished a firearm during the invasion.

An investigation was underway late Saturday afternoon, and no further details were being made available.

Calls to Crime Stoppers are confidential and anonymous, and the caller may be eligible for a cash reward up to $2,000 for information that leads to arrest.
