A collision between and school bus and a car in Chapel Hill did not result in any injuries Tuesday afternoon, according to Chapel Hill police.
Police radio chatter indicated that the collision occurred at the intersection of Franklin Street and Estes Drive at about 3 p.m. A news release said the car ran into the side of the school bus as it was attempting to turn left on Estes Drive.
There were 24 students on the bus from Frank Porter Graham Elementary, according to police.
Authorities said the bus driver said there were no reported injuries.

Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools spokesman Jeffrey Nash said another bus was dispatched to pick up the students and continue the route.
