Durham police investigating man accused of sexual assault of multiple teenagers
Durham police are seeking more information and possible additional victims of a man already charged with multiple child sex offenses.
Kenneth McNeil, 61, was indicted Dec. 15, 2025, in connection with alleged crimes that involved multiple teenage victims, the Durham Police Department said in a news release Tuesday. Court records show the offenses took place between 1997 and 2025.
He faces these charges:
- Nine counts of statutory rape/sex offense of a 13-, 14-, and 15-year-old
- Three counts of indecent liberties with a child
- Two counts of rape
- One count of attempted rape
- One count of incest
McNeil was also charged with two counts of first-degree exploitation of a minor on Oct. 30, 2025, police said.
