Do you have the cutest dog in the Triangle? Enter your pup’s photo in our contest
Calling all dog lovers. It’s time to put your pup in the spotlight because The News & Observer is searching for the cutest dog in the Triangle.
The contest is open to all furry friends around Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.
We’ll be collecting nominations and putting it to a vote this month. Top dog will win a feature story along with a photoshoot by one of our award-winning staff photographers.
Here’s what you need to know.
How to enter our cutest dog contest
Readers should submit a photo of their paw-fect pup by filling out our Google Form. To enter, visit bit.ly/RAL-dog-contest.
The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, Sept. 11.
How to vote for Raleigh’s cutest dog
Voting will begin on Friday, Sept. 13.
Votes will reset after each round (there will be three), and voting will conclude Monday, Sept. 30 at 11:59 p.m.
Any reader can submit their dog for the contest, but voting will be limited to N&O subscribers. Once voting opens, subscribers may vote as many times as they wish.

Note: The winner’s photoshoot is only available to Triangle residents (those in Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham or Johnston counties).
