$284 per square foot: Custom Cary home sells for $1.5M (and other high-end closings)
New luxury homes with price tags over $1 million are finding buyers across the Triangle.
In Cary, a 5,345-square-foot house built in the 5200 block of Milner Drive sold on Sept. 18 for $1,517,000, or $284 per square foot.
Built in 2022, this is a two-story house in the Sanctuary at Yates Mill, where homes start at $1 million on .75-acre lots in the fast-growing suburb of Raleigh.
Across town in North Raleigh, a two-story house in the 700 block of Coventry Court sold on Sept. 18 for $1,550,000, or $365 per square foot.
The house, built in 2020, has an interior space of 4,244 square feet.
