Price Point: What $695K gets you in Triangle housing market

This week’s Price Point looked at homes that sold recently for around $695,000 and found choices in Durham, Raleigh and Cary. All are turn-key ready.

Each week, we'll tell you about three houses on the market that are roughly the same price but located in different parts of the Triangle. Historic bungalow with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms on a 0.15-acre lot

This updated home is in Durham’s Trinity Heights neighborhood. Known as the Paris-Constable House, it dates circa 1910, according to a plaque displayed outside the house by Durham’s Historic Preservation Society. Tax records, however, indicate it was built in 1935. The house is within a block of Duke University’s East Campus and close to Watts Elementary and downtown Durham.
