A new business coming to North Hills will offer visitors another opportunity to pamper themselves.
Already home to nail and hair salons, medspas and massage places, the mixed-use development in Raleigh will soon host Face Foundrié.
The chain was founded in 2019 and offers facials and skincare treatments, plus lash and brow services.
This will be Face Foundrié’s second Triangle location, joining a spa in Cary’s Fenton. There is one other North Carolina storefront in Charlotte.
Face Foundrié is expected to open this summer in the Park District between Massage Envy and Salon Blu. It will take the former Midtown Nail Spa space at 141 Park at North Hills St.
The facial spa will join businesses including Amazing Lash Studio, Aveda Von Kekel Salon Spa, Blown Away, Elase, Glo de Vie Med Spa, North Hills Nail Spa, Paintbase Nail Salon and Woodhouse Spa at North Hills.
Stores opening at North Hills
North Hills has already seen two businesses — the restaurant and bar Barking Dog and the fitness studio Jetset Pilates — open in 2026.
But many more local and national brands are expected to open at the Kane Realty development this year. They include:
- The long-awaited new location of Raleigh’s Standard Beer + Food, taking a stand-alone building
- The third location of the popular bagel shop Benchwarmers Bagels
- Texas-based taco chain Velvet Taco
- Beauty retailer Sephora
- Jewelry store Gorjana
- Luxury brand Veronica Beard
- Women’s clothing retailer Reformation
While North Hills continues to gain new businesses, more changes could be coming to the property. Owner Kane Realty Corp. wants to rezone the property to allow for taller buildings.
Earlier in January, the Raleigh City Council delayed a decision on the rezoning, and the public hearing was continued to Tuesday, Jan. 20.
