The affected Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke came in clear plastic clamshell containers with a Kirkland Signature label. They have a pack date of 9/18/2025 and a sell by date of 9/22/2025.

These products were sold at Costco Warehouse locations in 33 states, and more than 3,300 pounds of the ahi tuna items are being recalled nationwide.

Anyone who has purchased the product should not consume it, throw it away and visit Costco for a full refund.

Annasea Foods Group is working with its green onion supplier to determine the cause of the contamination, it said in the recall announcement.
