The bakery has trays and tongs available so guests can serve themselves, taking sweet and savory croissants, buns, danishes and pretzels from glass cases. Tous Les Jours sells chocolate and almond croissants, but also leans into Asian flavors, offering items such as red bean bread, a bun made with red bean paste, and kimchi croquettes.

Many of the treats are sold for $3-$5 each.

Elaborately decorated cakes are displayed in cases, and there are many varieties sold by the slice. On a recent trip, a News & Observer reporter saw that Tous Les Jours offered holiday-themed cakes, including one called “Happy Snowman” and a brown domed cake called “Merry Rudolph” ($44).

For drinks, customers can order coffee shop staples such as cappuccinos, lattes and mochas, along with tea, smoothies and blended frappes.
