Bojangles adds new ‘sweet-and-savory creation’ to menu. How to get it for free.

Bojangles is taking chicken-and-biscuits to a whole new level with its newest sweet and savory menu item.

The Charlotte-based chain has created a flavorful fusion of two fan-favorite foods inspired by a Southern brunch staple.

Brunch lovers can now get a taste of the Chicken and Bo-Berry Waffles, crafted with a crispy, seasoned Cajun filet sandwiched between a warm Bo-Berry waffle drizzled with a Bo-Berry Honey Glaze. Like all of its other breakfast bites, it’ll be available all day every day.

‘Tasty twist on a brunch classic’

Bojangles previously unveiled the newest menu item at a special “Brunch at Bo’s event” in Rock Hill. Now that it’s officially launched, you can treat yourself to the “tasty twist on a brunch classic” at participating restaurants with the full sandwich, a combo or just the waffles as a side.

To celebrate the launch, some locations are also offering a special promotion all week long for local foodies to try it out.

This week, you can get a free Chicken and Bo-Berry Waffle with any order of $20 or with the promo code “BrunchEveryDay” on the Bojangles app, DoorDash, GrubHub and UberEats. The limited-time offer is only available until March 9.

More new menu items from Bojangles

Though the beloved food spot has been around for decades, this is just one of the many menu items Bojangles has rolled out recently after several other limited-edition items that were launched in the last year:

  • Chicken wings, made with Creamy Buffalo, BBQ or Classic flavors.

  • BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, made with pit-smoked pulled pork, Bojangles’ signature barbecue sauce and house-made coleslaw on a toasted bun.

  • Peach cobbler, made with a Bojangles buttermilk biscuit topped with peaches and cinnamon sugar.

  • Bo’s Bird Dog, made with a Chicken Supreme chicken strip inside a toasted hot dog-style potato bun, layered with thick-cut pickles and drizzled in Bo’s Carolina Gold BBQ sauce.

  • Bo-Berry sugar cookies, stuffed with Bo Berries.

  • Bo’s Special Sauce, blended with herbs and spices for a “creamy, bold bite.”
