Bojangles adds new chicken wings to the menu for a limited time. Here’s a look.
Bojangles is kicking off football season with a new menu item on its lineup of fan-favorite fried foods.
The Charlotte-based chain is now offering “tender, juicy chicken wings marinated in a secret blend of bold spices and cooked to crisp perfection” made with Creamy Buffalo, BBQ or Classic flavors and paired with house-made ranch or any other dipping sauce of your choice.
“We know our fans love tailgate season, so we’re excited to offer these new wings that are not only tasty but also will make any party pop off with Bo Time,” Marshall Scarborough, VP of Menu and Culinary Innovation for Bojangles, said in a news release.
“Whether you’re hosting a tailgate, a watch party at home or just craving a savory snack, Bojangles’ new chicken wings are the ultimate crowd pleaser.”
The new wings are only available for a limited time as a combo meal, add-on to any order or in packs of 20, 40 and 60.
It’s Bo-Time for more menu items
The wings aren’t the only addition to Bojangles’ menu. Over the last few months, the chain has rolled out several new dishes and desserts for a limited time, including:
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, made with pit-smoked pulled pork, Bojangles’ signature barbecue sauce and house-made coleslaw on a toasted bun
Peach cobbler, made with a Bojangles buttermilk biscuit topped with peaches and cinnamon sugar
Bo’s Bird Dog, made with a Chicken Supreme chicken strip inside a toasted hot dog-style potato bun, layered with thick-cut pickles and drizzled in Bo’s Carolina Gold BBQ sauce
Bo-Berry sugar cookies, stuffed with Bo Berries
Bo’s Special Sauce, blended with herbs and spices for a “creamy, bold bite”
It’s not clear how long the new chicken wings will stay on Bojangles’ menu, so if you’ve got a taste for them, you better act fast. You can find the closest restaurant near you and check to see which limited-time menu options are available online at bojangles.com/locations/.
