What will Waffle House offer on Valentine’s Day?

Dining in at Waffle House on Valentine’s Day is “bucket-list experience,” as described in a news release about the 2018 Valentine’s Day event. It’s the only day each year that Waffle House restaurants take reservations.

Reservation time slots are generally available between 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., though actual times may vary depending on the location, a news release about this year’s event said.

Southern Living reports that participating Waffle House locations will be “offering special menu items, dimming the lights and classing up their Formica tables with candles and white tablecloths” for the occasion.

A “special jukebox playlist” will also be playing at the events, this year’s news release said.

Waffle House has been offering the Valentine’s reservation dinner for more than 15 years. The tradition began in 2008, when a Waffle House in John’s Creek, Georgia, offered the special evening.
