Founded around a feast, Thanksgiving is one of the great eating holidays.
But if days spent turkey brining, potato mashing, collard braising and oyster shucking isn’t your picture of merriment, dozens of Triangle restaurants are open Thanksgiving Day hosting feasts of their own.
Here is our annual roundup of Thanksgiving restaurants, many making traditions of their own and newcomers joining the party.
Note that most require reservations, and pre-orders have quickly approaching deadlines.
