I don't know about you, but I could use a break. It's summer and all I really want is a little rest and relaxation. I'm not alone in this feeling, one Golden Retriever was positively beaming when mom told him they were having a beach day. He knew that he was in for some fun.

People in the comments section couldn't get over the Golden's smile. This was a happy boy! And he was about to get even happier.

This was the best day ever for little Scottie. The Golden Retriever was ready for a little adventure. He had on his hat, had his beach bag, and was ready to go!

"Are you ready for the beach?" his mama asked in the clip. The dog has never looked more ready for anything in his life. "You have your bag all packed. Are you so excited?! We're going to have so much fun!"

That's definitely true. I'm sure these two were about to have the time of their lives. There's tons for dogs to do on the beach. They can even dig lots and lots of holes!

"This is your sign to take your dog on vacation with you because that smile is priceless," the woman wrote in the caption.

It really was!

The comments section was in a tizzy over the adorable clip.

"We don't deserve dogs," wrote one person.

"I love it when people love their dogs," chimed in someone else.

"All dogs deserve owners like this," a third commenter agreed.

"The cap is toooooo cute," gushed one person.

Tips for Bringing Your Dog to the Beach

Not every beach is dog friendly, but if yours is, you'll want to prepare!

Make sure your dog knows basic commands like "leave it." There are lots of things on the shore that a dog can eat if you aren't careful! Also make sure your dog is good in crowds and pack lots of fresh water! Ocean water isn't really good for dogs, so keep them from drinking too much!

Have fun!
