Every Golden Retriever parent knows these dogs love bringing home "treasures." Sticks, socks, toys... you name it, they'll proudly carry it around. But Alycia Napier's Golden Retriever, Bingo, took that instinct to a whole new level when he trotted through the front door with a live armadillo in his mouth, leaving his family scrambling and the internet cracking up.

Be sure to turn your sound on for this one because the chaos is half the fun. Alycia and her kids quickly realize what Bingo is carrying, and things only get crazier when he comes back outside without it. Their reactions are completely understandable given the situation, and had us all in stitches.

In a follow-up video, Alycia shared that Bingo eventually went back into the house and retrieved the armadillo. The armadillo appeared to be just fine and quickly scurried off into a neighbor's yard. Alycia has a feeling this won't be the last time they see their unusual visitor, though. The neighborhood has been dealing with armadillos digging up yards, so chances are this little guy will be back.
