Rachael Kirkconnell Shows Off Her Sculpted Abs in a Glittery Green Bikini

Rachael Kirkconnell is that girl.

Kirkconnell, 29, proved that her time in the gym has been paying off by putting her rock-hard abs on display. In the pic, which she shared via Instagram on Monday, June 29, the Bachelor Nation alum flexed her abs while rocking a green bikini during a girls trip.

Her swimsuit featured lime glitter-flecked cups with an underwire and ruffle details, as well as thick straps. Kirkconnell teamed her top with high-cut bottoms, which peeked out of her white linen pants.

The reality star elevated her look with chic accessories including a green silk bandana, which she tied around her hair, silver hoop earrings and a brown chunky bracelet. She also wore brown sunglasses and silver rings.

Elsewhere in the social media post, Kirkconnell also wore a black strapless bikini featuring fringe details and gold hardware.

She also rocked a zebra-print set featuring triangle cups and halter straps. Kirkconnell styled the number with mid-rise shorts finished with bows on her thighs.

"Girls trip!!! 💚🌺🌴🍹," Kirkconnell captioned the post. Her celebrity friends and fans were quick to compliment her figure in the comments section.

"And by girls do you mean your abs," Kaitlyn Bristowe quipped, while Ariel Frenkel commented, "Abs 💪🏻." Lauren Wolfe also pointed out her toned figure and Chishell Stause also wrote, "So gorge."

Kirkconnell previously showed off her abs earlier this month while rocking a navy blue two-piece as she tanned on the beach. Her set was complete with dark blue triangle cups and a teal ring between her chest. Her matching bottoms were finished with straps that tied in bows and two teal rings on her hips.

Kirkconnell went makeup free while sitting in the ocean and tied her brunette hair back into an updo. She gave the camera a soft smile and gazed into the distance.
