Lies Of P Is Coming To The Epic Games Store And Switch 2
Lies of P is coming to the Epic Games Store on August 5. Round8 Studio's critically acclaimed soulslike is getting its EGS debut with a time-limited incentive that won't be available on other storefronts: the Lies of P Epic Games Store Launch Edition, which bundles the base game, the Overture DLC, and the exclusive Mischievous Puppet's Outfit.
The Launch Edition will only be available for 30 days. After that window closes, the exclusive outfit disappears.
The EGS news came after a Switch 2 confirmation from the June Nintendo Direct. Lies of P Complete Edition is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2. Digital pre-orders are open on the eShop now. The Complete Edition title indicates both the base game and the Overture DLC are included, though no Switch 2 release date has been confirmed beyond the announcement itself. Unlike the ESG version launching in August, the Switch 2 version does not appear to come with the Mischievous Puppet's Outfit.
A physical version of Lies of P: Complete Edition on the Nintendo Switch 2 will be handled by iam8bit. The physical edition comes with 6 Boss Lore cards, detailing the strange, macabre foes that P encounters on his tangled journey, and comes with an o-sleeve boasting art from the Neowiz team.
Additional collector's items, including 5 Amulet Keychains, a Boss Rush Pin Set, and a Butterfly Brooch can be purchased separately on iam8bit's website. Finally, if you really love Pinocchio, you can also purchase a Handcrafted Marionette Puppet, Made By The Artisans at Rici Marionettes in Prague.
Lies of P launched in 2023 and has sold over three million copies, receiving positive reviews. Overture, its prequel expansion, won DLC of the Year at the New York Game Awards. The game's success led to the EGS and Switch 2 versions becoming possible - and now more players will have one of the past 5 year's best games within reach.
