Olivia Rodrigo announces first ever concert in Charlotte. How to get tickets.
For the first time ever, singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo will be performing in Charlotte.
Following her debut tour last year, the pop star will be bringing her Guts world tour to the city at the Spectrum Center on Friday, March 8, 2024, Live Nation announced. She’ll take the stage alongside special guest, singer-songwriter Chappell Roan.
The global tour kicks off in February with stops all over the world, including New York, London and Barcelona — but the Charlotte concert will be her only show in the Carolinas.
How to get tickets
Tickets will officially go on sale beginning Thursday, Sept. 21. There are a limited number of tickets and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, which is why fans are being asked to register for ticket sales through Ticketmaster beforehand.
Fans can register online through Sunday, Sept. 17 to buy tickets through the Registration Onsale or American Express Early Access, which is limited to American Express card members only.
Here’s what to know about the ticket registration process:
Create or sign in with your Ticketmaster account and fill out a registration form with your preferred show.
Emails will be sent Wednesday, Sept. 20 letting fans know if they were selected to participate in the sale or placed on the waiting list. Those randomly chosen will receive access codes via text with further instructions.
“Registering does not guarantee you’ll get a code, and receiving a code does not guarantee you will get a ticket,” Ticketmaster’s website says. “We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available, meaning only a limited number of fans will gain access to the sale.”
