Here’s to you, Mrs. Robinson. … Billed the world’s best Simon and Garfunkel tribute ever, “The Simon & Garfunkel Story” is back by popular demand at the Durham Performing Arts Center. Starring Andrew Wade (Art Garfunkel) & George Clements (Paul Simon), the internationally acclaimed hit theater show with a live band, huge projection photos and original film footage returns for one night. The immersive concert-style tribute chronicles the amazing journey shared by the folk-rock group — from their humble beginnings to their Goliath rise to one of the best-selling ’60s duos to their dramatic 1970 split, culminating with The Concert in Central Park reunion in 1981. CAM Family Day

Get revved for 2020 at CAM Raleigh, the Contempory Art Museum, with the fam for a viewing of its popular “Speed Into Viva Viclas: The Art of the Lowrider Motorcycle” exhibit, plus DJ, ice cream, surprises and make-and-take art projects inspired by the exhibit. First Friday

Calling all culture vultures. It’s the first First Friday of a new decade. Come wander the streets, galleries, museums, shops and restos of DTR in support of local arts, makers and vendors. Happy Feet to a Latin Beat

The rhythm is gonna get you indeed in this interactive show with the North Carolina Symphony, where you dance to the beats of Latin America as “energetic but impulsive young Max makes his way onto the stage to ‘help’ the orchestra.” A whirlwind adventure ensues as Max — with aid from Mambo the dog, the orchestra and yes, you — learns the magic of Latin rhythms and how to dance to the music. Michael Kosta is known for his numerous late-night appearances on “Conan,” “The Tonight Show” and “Seth Meyers” He’s also host and co-executive producer of E!’s “The Comment Section” and can be seen as a senior correspondent on the popular and hilarious satire news program “The Daily Show With Trevor Noah.” The one-time tennis pro promises to ace this stand-up set.
