Police identified a woman who died from a Sunday shooting as Robin Brodie, 28, of Durham.
She was shot around 7:30 p.m. while inside a car on Keystone Place and taken to a hospital, where she died.
No charges had been filed as of Monday afternoon.
Police were notified the hospital had a gunshot patient and began investigating.
Initially they had two possible locations: the 800 block of North Mangum Street and a location on Keystone Place, near Dearborn Drive.
A sound of shots call was reported in the Mangum Street area shortly after 7:30 p.m. Officers then received information about shots fired near Keystone Place.
There is no indication the two incidents were related, police said.
Officers had not located any victims from the reported Mangum Street shooting as of Monday afternoon.
