What to Watch on Monday: ‘Bachelor’ premiere has Miss North Carolina USA and a Raleigh woman

The Bachelor (8 p.m., ABC) - The new season starts tonight with Colton Underwood (from the Becca season of “The Bachelorette” and 2018’s “Bachelor in Paradise”) meeting 30 women before narrowing the field. Included in that group of 30 are Caelynn Miller-Keyes, the 2018 Miss North Carolina USA, and Raleigh’s Nina Bartula, a graduate of Meredith College and an account sales manager for Cisco. Antiques Roadshow (8 p.m., PBS / UNC-TV) - Season 23 starts in Madeow Brook Hall in Michigan.

Kids Baking Championship (9 p.m., Food) - In the Season 6 premiere, Duff Goldman’s favorite ingredient figures prominently in the kick-off challenge: bacon cupcakes.

My Country No More (10 p.m., PBS / UNC-TV) - This Independent Lens documentary follows the rise and fall of the North Dakota oil boom and at the long-term consequences of short-term approaches to land use.
