DURHAM -- Durham County sheriff's detectives arrested two people Thursday on drug charges at a home on Wabash Street.
Anthony Q. Taylor, of 13G Wabash St., was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for the storage and sale of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Lt. Thomas Cote with the Sheriff's Anti-Crime and Narcotics Unit.
The 14 grams of crack cocaine he's accused of having had a street value of $700, and the three grams of marijuana were worth $40, he said.
Donita L. Soloman, 28, of the same address was charged with possession of cocaine.
The arrests were made about 8 p.m.
Taylor was released Friday from the Durham County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond and Soloman was released on a $1,000 bond.
Theft, assault, weapon charges
DURHAM -- Lamour F. Sumpter, 20, of 302 Lakeside Drive in Hillsborough was arrested Wednesday and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, felony conspiracy and assault by pointing a gun, simple assault and carrying a concealed weapon.
Sumpter remained in the Durham County Jail on Friday under a $250,000 bond.
Burglars get two LCD TVs
DURHAM -- Burglars hit a home in the 3200 block of Ivey Wood Lane Wednesday and took two 32-inch LCD televisions worth $760.
