Those who did not receive a form, but have property required to list for 2010, are still responsible for submitting a listing form that can be found on the county's Tax Administration Web site, http://www.durhamcountync.gov/departments/txad/.
Property subject to listing includes:
- Tangible Personal Property such as boats, motors, jet skis, manufactured homes, and un-tagged motor vehicles.
- Any changes to real property such as an addition or demolition to the real property.
The listing period also requires anyone who has obtained real property, which may be exempt from property taxes and have not made application in the prior year, to obtain and make application by Feb. 1.
