HILLSBOROUGH — A 23-year-old fugitive connected to a series of home break-ins who was being sought by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, has been found.

Early Monday, the Sheriff’s Office put out a warning to anyone coming into contact with Marcellous Levon Prince to exercise caution.

“This agency holds numerous felony warrants for felony breaking-entering and larceny,” Investigator Doug Koehler said in a news release issued Monday. “He is considered armed and dangerous; caution should be used if this individual is located.”

A terse news release sent out late Monday afternoon stated simply that “the subject has been located.” No further details about the break-ins, where Prince was found, whether he was in custody and the circumstances surrounding his apprehension were given.
