After nearly four months of practices and games, North Carolina and Duke have reached the end of the college football regular season. While this will be the last game of the year for the Blue Devils, the Tar Heels already are bowl eligible but are looking to get into a more prestigious postseason game.

No. 23 UNC (8-3, 4-3) will be trying to get its first nine-win season since going 11-1 in 1997 when it faces rival N.C. State in Raleigh. The Tar Heels have lost two straight to the Wolfpack but have a four-game win streak heading into today's contest.

Duke (5-6, 3-4) will be looking to avoid a losing season and end the year on a high note when the Blue Devils host Wake Forest, which has won the past nine meetings in the series. It will also be the last game for senior quarterback Thad Lewis, who broke multiple school passing records during his career.
