DURHAM -- The St. Titus Episcopal Church Altar Guild will sponsor the Advent Service of Lessons and Carols from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Through music and readings, the festival of lessons and carols explores Christian themes of God's Advent and incarnation in Jesus Christ.
Music will be provided by the St. Titus choir, the Gospel Inspirations, Ann Edmonds and Sonja Bennett. A group of youth led by dance instructor Kaye Sullivan will offer dramatic interpretations of the readings and music. A light reception will follow the program.
St. Titus is at 400 Moline St. For information, call 682-5504 or e-mail st.titus@verizon.net.
