UNC has turned the ball over 13 times this season and has forced just seven turnovers for a minus-6 turnover margin -- the second-worst in the ACC. If the Heels want to get their offense moving, they'll need to turn the ball over less or force their first turnover since a win over East Carolina three weeks ago.
SEARCHING FOR DAYLIGHT
The key to getting UNC's anemic offense back on track belongs to its rushing attack, as the Tar Heels have gained just 57 yards on the ground the past two games. If the offensive line can open holes for running backs Shaun Draughn and Ryan Houston, it will be a long day for the Golden Eagles.
FOCUS ON THE GAME
UNC crushed its first Football Championship Subdivision opponent this season -- The Citadel, 40-6 -- and are heavily favored to win this one, as well. But the Tar Heels need to make sure they don't take the Golden Eagles too lightly or get caught making non-football plans for the bye week a few days early.
