School supplies drive scheduled

CHAPEL HILL -- Communities In Schools of Orange School County will hold its annual school supplies drive from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at University Mall. Its staff and members of WCHL will collect supplies for students in Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools and Orange County Schools districts.

"On-air" interviews will provide the community information about the mission and scope of Communities In Schools' services.

Sunset Serenade set for Monday

CHAPEL HILL -- A Sunset Serenade will be held from 8-9 p.m. Monday at Polk Place Quad in front of Wilson Library on the UNC Campus featuring a capella music from some of UNC's most talented students.
