Titans beat Packers 23-21 in preseason finale

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers took the rest of the night off after throwing a touchdown pass on his first snap, and the Tennessee Titans held on to beat Green Bay 23-21 in Thursday night's preseason finale at Lambeau Field.
