RALEIGH — Margaret Gunn put away eight kills on offense and added 17 digs on defense to lead Jordan to a 25-23, 25-21, 25-19 win over Raleigh Enloe in non-conference volleyball action Monday.
Rose Gunn added a pair of kills, 22 assists, six digs and three aces for the Falcons (3-8), while Kaitlyn Reed had four kills and four blocks.

RALEIGH — Genevieve Whitcomb’s win in the fifth flight was Jordan’s only singles victory in a 6-3 loss to Raleigh Wakefield in girls’ tennis action Monday.
Whitcomb took a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Lauren Sheppard and teammed with Taylor Phillips for an 8-1 win in the third doubles flight.

Chapel Hill 6, Northern Vance 3
HENDERSON — Morgan Alderman’s victory in the third singles flight ended a drought as Chapel Hill rallied to defeat Northern Vance 6-3 in girls’ tennis.
Alderman took a 6-3, 6-3 win over Imani Simmons after the Tigers lost the first two flights, and she paired with Rachel Thomas to take an 8-6 victory in the second doubles flight.
